AHS Properties began operations in 2021 and immediately made a splash in Dubai's ultra-luxury real estate market. Their first two projects: the Serenity Villa on Palm Jumeirah and the Amara Villa in Emirates Hills. Today, the company continues to build properties for ultra-high-net-worth individuals — prices for their villas start at $21 million. But the developer's portfolio also includes residences. For example the One Crescent, a waterfront project on Palm Jumeirah, has just 25 residences in 3-6 bedroom configurations. Each unit has a terrace overlooking the Dubai Palm, Burj Al Arab or Dubai's cityscape, and many come with pool decks with infinity pools. Common amenities include a cigar room, spa center, fitness areas and numerous other services.
