Payment Plans & Prices
DAMAC payment plans in Dubai are structured around a construction-linked model, and the developer is best known locally for popularising the 1% monthly instalment structure on selected launches. Depending on the project and community, current DAMAC payment plans range from a 20% down payment with 55% during construction and 25% on handover (DAMAC Islands villas and townhouses), to 20/40/40 splits (DAMAC District at DAMAC Hills), to post-handover-linked plans extending 60/40 or 70/30 with the balance settled after handover over up to 60 months. A 4% Dubai Land Department (DLD) registration fee applies on top of the purchase price at the point of sale.
