The townhouse collection includes four-bedroom homes and five-bedroom homes with a maid’s room, in compact and larger layouts and in both mid-unit and end-unit positions. The masterplan also provides five-bedroom twin villas, each with its own entrance and garden, and larger six-bedroom villas for buyers who want the most space.
This range lets each buyer start at the right level. Four-bedroom townhouses suit couples and smaller families, five-bedroom townhouses give extended households and live-in help room to spread out, and villas appeal to buyers who want extra privacy. Investors can target tenants at several rent levels across the community. Homes are sold freehold, so owners hold title outright, and townhouses are delivered semi-furnished.
Damac Islands 2 Payment Plan and Completion Date
Most clusters offer a standard schedule and a special offer, each starting with a 16% booking payment and ending with 50% on completion. Registration fees are charged in addition to the booking payment. Each cluster page lists its own terms.

The Al Qudra Road corridor serves more than 400,000 residents and visitors, which supports daily services and a deep rental market.
