Taraf Development prices its Dubai off-plan portfolio from AED 588,000 for a studio at Cello Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle to over AED 15 million for the largest Karl Lagerfeld Villas layout in Meydan, giving buyers a wide entry range across the same design-led brand.

Apartment projects in Jumeirah Village Circle follow a 50/50 Taraf Development payment plan: a 10% booking deposit, staged instalments during construction, and the remaining 50% due on handover. Terrazzo Residences apartments start from AED 950,000 for a one-bedroom unit, while Cello Residences starts lower, from AED 588,000 for a studio, reflecting its wider studio-to-penthouse mix.
Villa and beachfront collections use a heavier construction-linked structure. Terra Golf Collection at Jumeirah Golf Estates and the Karl Lagerfeld Villas at Meydan both run on a 60/40 plan with a 10% down payment, while Luce on Palm Jumeirah offers the same 60/40 structure from a starting price of AED 7 million. Terra Golf Collection villas and townhouses start from AED 7.2 million, and Karl Lagerfeld Villas start from roughly AED 15 million, positioning it as Taraf Development's highest price point in Dubai. All five Dubai projects are RERA-registered with DLD escrow accounts, and a standard 4% DLD transfer fee applies on completion of any purchase, on top of the developer's own instalment schedule.

The most recent addition to Taraf Development's Dubai lineup is the Karl Lagerfeld Villas at Meydan, which broke ground in August 2025 as the fashion house's first residential project in the Middle East and only its third branded residential development worldwide. The 51-villa collection sits on the shores of Meydan's Crystal Lagoon and is scheduled for handover in Q2 2027, making it currently the longest runway among Taraf Development's active Dubai launches. Cello Residences in JVC offers studios from roughly 430 sq ft up to four-bedroom penthouses over 5,000 sq ft across twin towers, while Terrazzo Residences, also in JVC, is limited to one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts between 771 and 2,121 sq ft. Luce on Palm Jumeirah moves further upmarket with two-to-four-bedroom apartments plus a single duplex and a single penthouse, ranging from 1,825 to 9,436 sq ft.
Taraf Development villas for sale sit at the top of the portfolio. Terra Golf Collection offers six-bedroom standalone villas and townhouses at Jumeirah Golf Estates from 4,671 to 8,032 sq ft, while the Karl Lagerfeld Villas at Meydan are five-to-seven-bedroom designer villas ranging from 7,769 to 18,870 sq ft, each with a private pool, garage and staff quarters.

Taraf Development was launched as the real estate division of Yas Holding, a UAE-headquartered investment holding group, with a boutique, design-led positioning from the outset.
