The 2-bedroom plus guest townhouse starts from 2,249 sq ft, with an average plot of 2,153 sq ft. Both townhouse types include a guest room as part of the floor plan layout. FAY VALLEY PAYMENT PLAN AND COMPLETION DATE
Fay Valley is offered on a 40/60 construction-linked payment plan. The 40% construction portion is distributed across eight equal instalments of 5% each, payable from down payment through 42 months post-booking. The remaining 60% is due on completion in Q2 2030.
