The WOW Tower is Mr. Eight’s signature mixed-use development in DLRC, designed around a live-study-work concept. Set on Floor 39, the Sky Club spans approximately 600 sq m and serves as the tower’s primary wellness destination. The Sky Gym features PENT luxury fitness equipment with panoramic windows overlooking the city, complemented by a hammam and sauna with full-height double-glazed walls facing the skyline. Frame 45, the building’s private cinema, is equipped with a Dolby Surround sound system and bookable through the building’s AI assistant via WhatsApp. A rooftop open-air terrace completes the level.

The Grand Lobby is entered through a fire-and-water sequence: illuminated waterfalls with integrated fire elements frame the arrival on both sides. Inside, furniture by Edra, Cassina, Tom Dixon, Flos, Artemide and B& B Italia defines the space, with a blue Yamaha grand piano positioned alongside a Scandinavian-style gas fireplace. A barista coffee corner and a dedicated concierge serve residents daily. The lobby incorporates a sensory concept with programmed sound, scent and warm-toned lighting at approximately 400 lumens.

Grand Park Podium: 30 × 20 m Temperature-Controlled Pool, 300-Metre Lazy River and Padel Court

The podium amenities level features a 30 × 20 m temperature-controlled pool with seven cabanas and a natural travertine deck, a 13 × 7 m kids' pool, and a Lazy River approximately 300 metres long. An outdoor gym, padel court bookable via the AI assistant, ice bath zone and landscaped lounge areas complete the park. The main pool temperature is seasonally adjusted, making the space usable throughout the year. Polished stainless steel art installations are placed across the landscape.

Italian Kitchens by Cucina Otto with Bosch Appliances and Italian Built-in LED Wardrobes

All residences include Italian kitchens by Cucina Otto, produced in San Marino and installed by European specialists with over 20 years of dedicated experience. Kitchen surfaces carry a fingerprint-resistant nano finish; all built-in appliances are by Bosch. Italian built-in wardrobes feature integrated LED lighting and aluminium-framed glass doors, also produced in Italy. Sliding aluminium window systems and balconies with functional aluminium frames connect interiors with the skyline, delivering a semi-furnished, tenant-ready home at handover.
