The WOW Tower is offered on a 60/40 construction-linked payment plan, with 60% distributed across a down payment and instalments tied to project milestones, and the remaining 40% deferred across 18 months after handover in Q3 2029. A booking fee of AED 70,000 is applicable, and the 4% DLD transfer fee plus AED 5,000 admin fee are due on SPA signing.
