The architecture uses cubic volumes and clean horizontal massing, carrying Binghatti’s established design approach into a villa format for the first time.

Interior finishes vary by unit type. Four and 5-bedroom villas are specified with Arbescato Orobico Marble, Fluted Arbescato Orobico Marble, White Travertine Marble, Concave Light Oak Wood Veneer, and Champagne Hairline Metal. Six-bedroom mansions use White Travertine Marble, Fluted Travertine Marble, Blue Sky Quartzite Marble, and Concave Light Oak Wood Veneer, with Tinted Bronze Mirror as an accent material in select configurations.

Each villa and mansion is delivered with a private pool measuring 4.5 metres by 10 metres at a depth of 1.5 metres. The garden is landscaped in grass before handover, removing the finishing burden that typically falls to the buyer.
