Al Habtoor Group Real Estate's portfolio includes projects for various clients. The most notable among them is The Residence Collection in Al Habtoor City complex. This city-within-a-city consists of three towers, two of which are 73 stories high. The territory features three five-star hotels, premium restaurants, and Dubai's largest pool deck. Apartments start from one bedroom units all the way to a four-story penthouse with 360-degree views of Dubai skyline. Other Al Habtoor Group projects are: The Residences at the Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club — a gated complex with 20 ultra-luxury villas, Emirates Oasis Villas — a complex of 74 villas in central Jumeirah, and Al Habtoor Marina Tower — a tower with direct access to the waterfront at Dubai Marina. Right now under construction is an 82-story tower which, once completed, will become the world's largest residential skyscraper by area.
