Tower B is part of a four-tower complex positioned between the Dubai Harbour waterfront and an exclusive private beach, making it the only EDITION-branded residence in the world with direct beach access on site. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm RSHP and interiors by Rockwell Group, an Architectural Digest AD100 Hall of Fame firm, each residence delivers floor-to-ceiling panoramic views, landscaped terraces, and semi-furnished layouts with kitchen appliances included. The complex is managed and operated by EDITION Hotels, an arm of Marriott International.

RSHP Pavilion Towers with Full-Height Glazing and Natural Timber and Stone Façades

Tower B rises across eight residential floors in a radial pavilion form designed by RSHP, the Pritzker Prize-winning practice originally founded by Richard Rogers. Full-height panoramic glazing runs across each residence, with landscaped terraces spiralling up the tower and an exterior finished in natural timber, stone cladding, and anodised metal. The building reaches a total height of 50 metres, with ceiling heights of 3 to 4 metres throughout, allowing natural light to reach the full interior depth of every home.

EDITION Hotel Facilities Including Private Beach, Rooftop Bar, and Nightclub Available to Residents

Residents of Tower B have priority access to all hotel facilities at The Dubai Beach EDITION, a 189-room hotel operating within the same complex. Access covers the private beach, beach club and bar, specialty restaurant, rooftop bar, all-day dining, nightclub, spa and wellness centre, outdoor gym, padel court, events ballroom, and sky garden. Hotel services include 24-hour concierge, 24-hour security, priority room reservations at residents' rates, and priority access to all hotel restaurant and bar reservations.

Rockwell Group Interiors: Travertine, White Marble, Wood Flooring, and Bronze Metal Hardware

Interiors were designed by Rockwell Group, whose previous EDITION projects include The New York EDITION and The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai. Each residence features wood flooring, cross-cut and vein-cut travertine surfaces, white marble in the bathrooms and kitchen, medium and dark wood joinery, and bronze metal hardware throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw natural light across the travertine and marble palette, with the finish specification consistent across all unit types within the complex.

Every residence at Edition Residences Tower B includes ONVIA membership, Marriott International’s owner recognition platform. Penthouse residences occupy the top floors as half-floor homes with wraparound private landscaped terraces and 16-metre private pools. Ground floor residences across all unit types benefit from private landscaped gardens with plunge pools, extending living space into the outdoor landscape.
