Manchester City Yas Residences Payment Plan and Completion Date
Buyers can secure a home with just 5% on signing. Non-UAE nationals pay 35% during construction and 65% on completion, UAE nationals 30% and 70%. A third option, 10% down and 25% in total before completion, comes with a 2% rebate. Handover is scheduled for 2029.
