AYS Developers' projects are designed in a contemporary minimalist style. They are characterized by an emphasis on open spaces, with interior areas transitioning smoothly to exterior areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows providing maximum natural lighting. The facades are finished with modern materials — a combination of glass, metal and concrete with vertical louvers and decorative panels. In the Tivano project, the developer installed vertical landscaping: each floor has built-in green zones and terraces with plants. Each project includes all the necessary infrastructure; for example, residents of Q Gardens Lofts 1 have access to a concierge service, a running track, a squash court, a seawater swimming pool and a private movie theater.
