The group has a long-standing presence in the Middle East: CG Realty, its regional real estate entity, established operations in Dubai as early as 2004, completing over 1,000,000 sq. ft of development in the emirate, including residential buildings in International City. In 2019, the group opened Taj JLT, a flagship hospitality property in Dubai. The company's flagship Dubai project, JW Marriott Residences at Dubai Islands, Central, represents its landmark move into the ultra-luxury residential segment of the market.
