The Horizon at Sobha Central

Sheikh Zayed Road runs past the community, and a fly-out bridge from the podium will give residents a direct exit toward Dubai, with a dedicated ramp for drivers arriving from Abu Dhabi. Jebel Ali Metro Station is a short walk away, Dubai Marina is about 13 minutes by car and Dubai International Airport about 29 minutes. From there the road runs on to Downtown Dubai and DIFC. Al Maktoum International Airport, about 25 minutes from the door, adds a second gateway to the world.

The beachfront at JBR and the Marina promenade are about 13 minutes away, with dining, cafés and shopping on every side. Closer to home, Sobha Central is planned with its own retail podium at the base of the towers, bringing a mall, a supermarket and a cinema under one roof once the community completes. Landscaped parks, courtyards and event lawns are planned between the towers, so green space sits beside the shops. Cafés and boutiques are planned at street level for daily errands on foot.

Jebel Ali is an established part of Dubai, home to long-running schools such as The Winchester School and Delhi Private School, and to Aster Cedars Hospital with round-the-clock emergency care. Sobha Central adds a planned clinic and a grand prayer hall for everyday needs. The Jebel Ali Free Zone, one of the world's largest, is a major employer nearby, and it gives the area a steady base of working residents. The Jebel Ali Recreation Club adds dining and a cinema for the wider community.
